That’s awesome! I would love to have live Hawk Nelson to work out to. I just have to settle for the ol’ ipod. I would recommend that if you ever decide to actually go to a gym that you ditch the black socks with running shoes (unless of course you want to be laughed at.)

Jaden, my 7 year-old, and I laughed through the whole thing. Nice touch with the H2O cup and stopwatch. We’re looking forward to the advanced work-out video. When will it be released? Have you tried the Pat Boone workout?

That was just made up on the spot, but I gotta say, that’s a genius idea. You could so do that. Just get in some spandex and call out the dance steps like Richard would do it: “Love is here ‘TWO, THREE, FOUR’ Love is now ‘AND KICK’ Love is pouring from his hands ‘STRETCH THOSE HANDS OUT EVERYBODY’ from his brow…”
